Your first step at Core Effects PT is a one-on-one consultation where we talk about you — your goals, health history, lifestyle, and nutrition. Then, your trainer will guide you through a short fitness evaluation to learn about your flexibility, balance, coordination, strength, and cardiovascular health.
This isn’t a test — it’s a starting point. By understanding your current abilities, we can design a personalized plan that fits your life and helps you reach your goals faster and safer.
Your consultation is completely free, with no obligation to continue. Just bring your goals — we’ll help you build the plan to achieve them.

To help us get to know you better, and to best assess your needs, we ask that you complete the new client paperwork before your consultation. If you are able to email the forms in advance, that is preferable, but not required.

Dress as you normally would for a workout, in comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. We recommended that you eat at least 1 hour before your consultation. Consider bringing water and a sweat towel if desired.

There is no obligation to sign up for any of our services when you schedule a consultation with our personal trainers. If you decide to work with one of our trainers, we will help you select the best program to fit your needs.
