Next, will get you set up on our app and let you start tracking for free. During your free trial, we monitor your caloric intake and output via the app and begin making our assessment and piecing together your personalized plan.
Once you’re ready to begin, we will set your custom calorie and macro-unit goals and provide you with a meal plan guide. We stay in touch by phone or text so we can make changes as soon when they are needed to keep you progressing towards your goal.
